I consider my process a bit like landing on the moon.
My first order of business is to ask questions, listen, pay close attention, and collect things: what the client says, what I see, what the research shows, what the context presents. Together, we work to identify the business problems, and then I let it steep.
There is no timeline for this process. The ideas and insights land when they are meant to land. Sometimes that means the first conversation, sometimes months later. Working with me requires patience and understanding to allow the deepest and most insightful work to appear when it is ready to be seen.
My work focuses on the food and drinks business. I enjoy teaching teams how to build a premium craft brand, how to communicate a mission and story, and, generally speaking, how to be original with thinking and language to get noticed. I really enjoy positioning a start-up brand for velocity and exit.
